NFL Daily Fantasy Football Recommendations for Week 13 – Wide Receivers and Tight Ends

NFL Daily Fantasy Football Recommendations for Week 13 – Wide Receivers and Tight Ends

It’s been a rough few weeks recently with regards to viable tight end options in DFS, but things are shaping up to be much more favorable at the position for Week 13. Looks take a look at some of the better options to target, as well as some wide receivers that stand out. WIDE RECEIVER CASH TARGETS

NFL Daily Fantasy Football Recommendations for Week 13 - Wide Receivers and Tight Ends

Davante Adams, GB at NYG
FanDuel = $8,000
DraftKings = $7,000

Adams missed four games with a toe injury earlier this season and has failed to post at least 50 receiving yards in two of three games since making his return. However, that doesn’t tell the entire story. He also had a 118-yard performance during that stretch and received at least 10 targets in all three contests. The Giants have allowed the seventh-most passing yards per game in the league, setting up Adams with the potential for a monster performance considering his normally heavy workload.

DJ Chark Jr., JAC vs. TB
FanDuel = $6,900
DraftKings = $6,600

The Jaguars struggled to get much going through the air against the Titans last week, which contributed to Chark catching five passes for only 38 yards. He did receive six targets in that contest and has received fewer than five in a game only two times all season, which leaves him with a relatively high floor. With the Bucs allowing the second-most passing yards per game, Chark is a great option at his reasonable price on both sites.

WIDE RECEIVER GPP TARGETS

DJ Moore, CAR vs. WAS
FanDuel = $6,800
DraftKings = $6,800

Moore has come on strong down the stretch, hauling in at least 100 receiving yards in three of his last four games. He received at least nine targets in each of those contests and was able to register two touchdowns last week against the Saints. The Redskins have allowed the eighth-most passing touchdowns, so don’t be surprised if Moore finds his way into the end zone this week, as well. At the very least, his massive target share leaves him with a high floor.

DeVante Parker, MIA vs. PHI
FanDuel = $6,000
DraftKings = $5,700

Targets have not been hard to come by for Parker since Preston Williams (knee) was lost for the season. Across three games as the Dolphins’ top wideout, Parker has caught 18 passes for 295 yards. Just as exciting is that he received at least 10 targets in each contest. The Eagles aren’t as stout in the passing game as they are on the ground, making Parker an excellent mid-tier priced option.

Zay Jones, OAK at KC
FanDuel = $4,700
DraftKings = $3,600

If you want to take a chance on a really cheap option, Jones is at least worth considering with Hunter Renfrow (ribs) sidelined for multiple weeks. Coach John Gruden has already indicated Jones could spend some added time in the slot. Renfrow might not have gaudy numbers, but he did receive at least five targets in each of the last four games. The Raiders could be forced to throw a lot to keep up with the Chiefs, so Jones has the potential to provide value.

TIGHT END CASH TARGETS

NFL Daily Fantasy Football Recommendations for Week 13 - Wide Receivers and Tight Ends

Travis Kelce, KC vs. OAK
FanDuel = $7,100
DraftKings = $7,200

Kelce had his best game of the season in Week 2 against the Raiders, catching seven of nine targets for 107 yards and a touchdown. That’s actually the only game this season in which he has registered at least 100 yards. The Raiders have allowed the fifth-most points on both FanDuel and DraftKings to opposing tight ends, so don’t expect them to be able to slow down Kelce in their rematch.

Zach Ertz, PHI at MIA
FanDuel = $6,900
DraftKings = $6,700

Injuries at the wide receiver spot have taken a tole on the Eagles. As a result, Ertz has been extremely busy with 36 targets across his last three games. He didn’t let the added opportunities go to waste, totaling 288 yards and two touchdowns. The Dolphins have allowed the second-most passing touchdowns, which leaves Ertz with scary-high upside.

TIGHT END GPP TARGETS

NFL Daily Fantasy Football Recommendations for Week 13 - Wide Receivers and Tight Ends

Gerald Everett, LAR at ARI
FanDuel = $6,300
DraftKings = $4,600

Everett comes into this game cold, catching three passes for 43 yards over his last two games. The Rams’ struggling offense has been partly to blame, but that doesn’t mean he’s someone to avoid. This is a great matchup against a Cardinals team that has allowed by far the most fantasy points to tight ends this season. While he’s not overly cheap on FanDuel, he’s going to be difficult to pass up at his price on DraftKings. UPDATE: Everett has been ruled out with a knee injury, making Tyler Higbee an excellent cheap option.

Jack Doyle, IND vs. TEN
FanDuel = $5,000
DraftKings = $3,300

Doyle has been stuck in a timeshare with Eric Ebron at tight end, but that won’t be a problem moving forward now that Ebron is out for the season with injuries to both of his ankles. Ebron has received 52 targets this season compared to only 42 for Doyle. While this isn’t necessarily a stellar matchup, the potential for a significant increase in targets leaves Doyle as an appealing option.
